I am having a shower room (with toilet & basin) made as ensuite in my

bedroom. The installer is CORGl registered with Part P electrical. He says

he will certify work and that it does not need buildings regs inspection.

Electrics will just be extension of upstairs circuit and waste will be

removed at same time. A friend says we do need a building inspector but l
do not wanna irritate my plumber by questioning him again, or paying out
for an inspection l do not need. No walls are being removed or windows
added. We will be having a proper extraction fan.
